Connect Service 

If you are new to Cullman Electric Cooperative, please fill out a Cullman EC membership application and contact a member services representative to process your application. If you are already a member, below are some of the common forms needed to establish service. You can download and print the necessary forms and fill them out before visiting our office.

 

Disconnect Service

To have electric service disconnected, you need to speak with a member services representative.

To expedite your request, please have the following information available:

  • Account number

  • Security verification number

  • Service address

  • Requested date of disconnect

  • Contact phone number(s)

  • Forwarding address
